Our staging service is designed to make preparing a vacant home for market as seamless as possible. Each project includes a custom staging plan, furnishings and accessory selections, delivery, installation, and an initial 60-day rental period.

Selections are made specifically for the home, creating a cohesive look that complements its architecture, finishes, and overall style.

FURNISHINGS & STYLING
Furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, textiles, bedding, and accessories are selected from our privately owned inventory based on the needs of each space.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We coordinate delivery and installation to make the home ready for listing photos, showings, and broker events. Each staging includes an initial 60-day rental period.

OUR PROCESS

A seamless process from inquiry to installation

01 | INQUIRE
Share the property address, approximate square footage, anticipated list date, floor plan and photos if available, and the rooms you're considering for staging.

02 | ESTIMATE & CONSULTATION
We'll review the property details and provide an initial estimate based on the information provided. If the estimate aligns with your project, we'll schedule a complimentary in-home consultation to walk the property, take measurements, and create the staging design.

03 | DESIGN & PREPARATION
Our team creates a custom staging proposal, including a 2D furniture layout and selection boards with a formal quote. When you are ready to proceed, a 50% deposit will reserve your staging installation date and the inventory selected for your project. We then prepare the accent furnishings, artwork, textiles, and accessories for install.

04 | INSTALLATION
Our team delivers and styles the property in preparation for professional photography and introduction to the market. The staging remains in place for the initial 60-day rental period, with extension options available if additional time is needed.

Every property is individually quoted based on location, square footage, rooms being staged, inventory needs, and installation logistics. After reviewing your property details, we’ll provide an initial estimate before scheduling an in-home consultation.
Our standard staging package includes an initial 60-day inventory rental period. If additional time is needed, extension options are available.
Our staging calendar typically books two to three weeks in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as you know your anticipated listing date to ensure the best availability.
Yes. All construction, repairs, painting, trade work, and a deep cleaning must be completed before installation. The home must also be vacant on installation and removal days, with only our staging team being present during these scheduled hours.
Every property is different. We’ll recommend the spaces we believe will have the greatest impact based on the home’s layout, price point, architecture, and target buyer. You’ll have the opportunity to adjust the proposed rooms before moving forward.
Our full-service staging is reserved for vacant properties. For occupied homes, we offer a separate Pre-Listing Consultation with recommendations for preparing the home for market using the seller’s existing furnishings.
