Pre-Listing Consultation | $150
Designed for occupied homes preparing to enter the market, our pre-listing consultation provides a customized plan for presenting your home at its best. During an in-home walkthrough, we evaluate each space and provide recommendations for furniture placement, styling, editing, and updates that can make the greatest impact before listing. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed plan along with visual renderings to help bring our recommendations to life.
Renderings will focus on the Heart of the Home: the spaces that matter the most to prospective buyers. This includes the entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom (as applicable to each home).

Residential Design
Designed for homeowners looking to create a home that feels both elevated and personal. Our residential design services are tailored to the architecture, character, and lifestyle of each home, creating a cohesive vision from the larger design decisions down to the finishing details.
Whether furnishing a new home, refreshing an existing space, or navigating a renovation, we assist with furniture and decor selections, space planning, lighting, paint colors, finishes, fixtures, and other design decisions throughout the project. Our clients also receive access to our network of trade-only vendors, allowing us to source distinctive furnishings and materials at preferred designer pricing.
From the initial concept through final selections and installation, our goal is to simplify the decision-making process while creating a home that feels collected, timeless, and uniquely yours.
STARTING YOUR PROJECT
In-Home Design Consultation | $250
Every residential design project begins with an in-home design consultation. During this meeting, we’ll walk through your home, discuss your goals, style, priorities, and project scope, and determine the best direction for moving forward.
Virtual Design| starting at $395 per room
Designed for clients who want professional design guidance with the flexibility to bring their space together on their own timeline. We create a custom design plan for your space, allowing you to see the finished design before purchasing a single piece and giving you everything you need to bring it together at your own pace.
Each design is created around your space, style, and budget. This service includes a personalized shopping list, which allows you to purchase selections directly through recommended vendors on your own timeline. For clients who prefer a more hands-on experience, trade sourcing and order coordination through our network of trade-only vendors can be added to the design package for an additional fee.
Because the entire process can be completed virtually, this service is available to clients both locally and across the United States.
